Can I change my artwork files during the proofing process? If you determine that you need to submit new files after reviewing a proof, you can do so by logging into your Account and select the Order link. Next, select the Files for Order link under Order Information. (Be sure you click on the correct order you want to replace files for.) To delete the current file, click on the X in the small round red button. Then by clicking on the BROWSE button, select new revised files. You can check to make sure you uploaded the correct new files by checking your Account again, selecting the Order Information screen and once again clicking on the Files for Order link. It will be wise to also alert us via phone 877-396-4652.
Can I change my artwork files if I haven’t selected to see a proof? If you found a mistake in your artwork and did not select to see a proof, call us immediately at 877-396-4652.
Can you modify my document? We can make modifications to your files for a nominal fee. The exact cost will vary depending on the extent of the changes needed. Contact your customer service representative for details.
Will my file materials be returned? This used to be a common a question in the removable media days, but we don’t hear it much today! We do not return any form of artwork or materials unless you specifically request this by calling our Customer Service department at 877-396-4652. Customers are responsible for all artwork that needs to be returned as most orders will be submitted online.
